stream out the required samples of heart-rate and fingerprint to the local processor/server which has been trained with MATLAB Deep Learning toolbox, the protocol of data transmission might be change based on the nature of the process and experiences or application.

ECG (electrocardiography) sensors measure the bio-potential generated by electrical signals that control the expansion and contraction of heart chambers.

PPG (photoplethysmography) sensors use a light-based technology to sense the rate of blood flow as controlled by the heart’s pumping action.

Human Collision Avoidance System (HCAS)

patent pending

HCAS (Hazard Context Awareness System) is a next-generation embedded intelligence platform designed to detect, interpret, and respond to real-world hazards in safety-critical environments. It combines multi-modal sensor fusion, real-time edge processing, and intelligent feedback to enhance situational awareness and reduce risk across micromobility, industrial, and assistive applications.

HCAS integrates LiDAR, computer vision, IMU, and proximity sensing with high-speed data acquisition and low-latency processing to identify dynamic hazards such as approaching vehicles, obstacles, and sudden impact events. Its hybrid architecture—combining high-performance edge computing (Jetson-class systems) with dedicated microcontroller subsystems—enables deterministic sensing, fast event detection, and efficient system coordination.

The platform delivers multi-layered feedback through visual, audio, and haptic interfaces, providing immediate alerts to users while simultaneously capturing structured event data for logging, analysis, and external integration. Designed for scalability, HCAS supports deployment across e-bikes, scooters, wheelchairs, and other mobility platforms, as well as broader industrial and safety applications.

Beyond real-time detection, HCAS generates actionable risk intelligence by logging time-stamped, location-aware events with associated sensor data and confidence metrics. This enables applications in accident prevention, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision-making, including insurance risk assessment and claim validation.

HCAS represents a convergence of precision sensing, embedded systems engineering, and AI-driven interpretation—transforming raw environmental data into meaningful, real-time safety insights.
